I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the states of Nevada and New Mexico. I received my doctorate from Utah State University in a combined Clinical/Counseling/School psychology program, my master of science from Eastern Washington University in a psychology program with a clinical emphasis, and my bachelor of art degree in psychology from University of Nevada Las Vegas. I completed an APA – accredited pre-doctoral internship and a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.
I am passionate about increasing access to mental health care, building culturally competent services, and creating individual and systemic change. I specialize in LGBTQ+ healthcare. I am also incredibly passionate about public policy work. I have served as co-chair of numerous public policy committees for psychological associations and currently engage in public policy advocacy on the local, state, and federal levels with the goal of promoting progressive policies.
I offer training and consultation services focusing on LGBTQ+ care and education and readying political candidates for campaign and office. See my training and consultation page for more information!
